Lillian comes to us with more than a decade of experience in new product development, from initial concepts to market launches. She has a keen sense of getting at what really matters to consumers and capitalizing on points of differentiation to meaningfully impact the market.
Her ability to see and develop a bigger strategic picture while also leading and executing at a very tactical level makes her a unique asset for any team looking to improve their processes and grow their business.
Lillian most recently served as the Director of Packaging Sustainability and Design-to-Value (DtV) at The Coca-Cola Company, where she stood up and led a new program management organization to tackle a vast pipeline of packaging sustainability and DtV projects. She previously held innovation and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble and Newell Rubbermaid.
When she isn’t working, you will find her pounding the pavement running or in the gym, a vestige from her former military days as an Intelligence Officer in the Army.
