Team Snapshot

Your team profile: Quiet Misalignment

Most of the foundation holds, but shared direction or goals are the soft spot.

No Underdeveloped scores, but capabilities are not yet broadly Established.

This team reads as Emerging Readiness with a clear Individual lean. Strongest aggregate scores: Core Skill Mastery and Collaborative Mindset. Several areas show meaningful internal variation (Collaborative Mindset, Shared Goals & Principles, Core Skill Mastery, Single Process): worth a team conversation; these are aggregate signals, not individual positions.

Profile shape

Organizational Tendencies Map

This map places each respondent on two dimensions. The horizontal axis is Think vs. Do — whether thinking, alignment, and shared intent run ahead of or behind execution activity. The vertical axis is Individual vs. Team — whether individual mindset and capability or shared goals, routines, and operating mechanisms read stronger. Each circle is one team member; the slate diamond is the team aggregate average (median or mean, matching the quadrant dashboard). Where circles cluster, the team shares a similar tendency on these axes; where they spread, people pull in different directions — an aggregate pattern worth exploring in conversation, not a map of individual positions.

Individual Team Think Do
Team members Team average

On average, thinking and execution are roughly in balance; on Individual vs. Team, individual mindset and capability read slightly stronger than shared team-level mechanisms. Respondent positions are spread across the map — the team pulls in different directions on Think vs. Do and Individual vs. Team, not a single shared tendency.

Team patterns

Areas of Alignment & Disagreement

Internal variation appears on every attribute. The team does not share one picture of current readiness. All patterns here are team-level aggregates, not attributed to any individual.

Areas of disagreement

Collaborative Mindset

High divergence

Ratings span 1 response in Underdeveloped, 4 responses in Emerging, and 3 responses in Established, aggregate 3.1 (Emerging), the widest internal variation on this attribute.

Shared Goals & Principles

High divergence

Ratings span 2 responses in Underdeveloped, 5 responses in Emerging, and 1 response in Established, aggregate 2.7 (Emerging), the widest internal variation on this attribute.

Core Skill Mastery

Moderate divergence

Ratings span 4 responses in Emerging and 4 responses in Established, aggregate 3.3 (Established), enough spread to discuss as a team.

Single Process

Moderate divergence

Ratings span 4 responses in Underdeveloped and 4 responses in Emerging, aggregate 2.3 (Emerging), enough spread to discuss as a team.

Segmentation

Segmentation Views

How different groups experience the four attributes, shown only where groups are large enough to protect anonymity.

Leadership vs. Individual Contributors

Scores by role level (minimum two per group). Compare segments to the team aggregate row.

Database context

Benchmark Positioning

How this team's aggregate scores compare to the overall diagnostic database median. Positioning uses above / on par / below bands relative to that median, not readiness tiers.

Positioning uses above / on par / below bands relative to the diagnostic database median.

Attribute Your team Database median Delta Position
Collaborative Mindset 3.1 2.8 +0.3 Above median
Shared Goals & Principles 2.7 2.7 +0.1 On par with median
Core Skill Mastery 3.3 2.8 +0.5 Above median
Single Process 2.3 2.7 -0.4 Below median

Collaborative Mindset and Core Skill Mastery read above the database median. Shared Goals & Principles is in line with the database median. Single Process shows a gap below the database median worth exploring.

Collaborative Mindset

Above median

Above the diagnostic database median on this attribute: a relative strength in the aggregated sample. Team score 3.1 vs database median 2.8 (+0.3).

Shared Goals & Principles

On par with median

In line with the database median: neither a clear strength nor a gap in the aggregated sample. Team score 2.7 vs database median 2.7 (+0.1).

Core Skill Mastery

Above median

Above the diagnostic database median on this attribute: a relative strength in the aggregated sample. Team score 3.3 vs database median 2.8 (+0.5).

Single Process

Below median

Below the database median: a development opportunity relative to the aggregated diagnostic sample. Team score 2.3 vs database median 2.7 (-0.4).

Facilitation

Recommended Discussion Prompts

Prompts for attributes with internal variation or Underdeveloped scores. Use them to explore patterns, not to assign views to individuals.

Collaborative Mindset

Team aggregate 3.1 (Emerging) · High internal variation

Internal variation
  1. Where do we see the widest gap in how team members experience how people collaborate across boundaries and raise concerns?
  2. What assumptions about Collaborative Mindset are we treating as settled that we have not tested with the full team?

Shared Goals & Principles

Team aggregate 2.7 (Emerging) · High internal variation

Internal variation
  1. What experiences of shared priorities, decision principles, and tradeoffs diverge most across the team?
  2. What are we taking for granted about Shared Goals & Principles that the full team hasn't stress-tested?

Core Skill Mastery

Team aggregate 3.3 (Established) · Moderate internal variation

Internal variation
  1. Where do we share intent on execution skills, ownership, and follow-through but read current state differently?
  2. When did we last notice the team describing Core Skill Mastery in conflicting ways?

Single Process

Team aggregate 2.3 (Emerging) · Moderate internal variation

Internal variation
  1. On team routines, handoffs, and how work flows end to end, where does the team agree on the goal but not on how close we are?
  2. What concrete situations recently surfaced different views of Single Process?

Methodology

The four-quadrant model

The Seamless Innovation Diagnostic evaluates four attributes that determine how well a team holds together under pressure. Each attribute is scored on a 1.0–4.0 scale and mapped to a readiness tier. Together they form a capability map across Think and Do, Individual and Team.

Collaborative Mindset Think · Individual
Shared Goals & Principles Think · Team
Core Skill Mastery Do · Individual
Single Process Do · Team

How team scores are derived

  • This report aggregates 8 complete submissions using the team median as the central tendency for each attribute.
  • Internal variation (Low, Moderate, or High) reflects how similarly respondents rated each attribute, not whether the team is "good" or "bad" overall.
  • Individual response dots appear only when five or more respondents completed the diagnostic, to protect anonymity. Smaller teams show the team aggregate only.
  • Segmentation views require at least two respondents per group. Role-title breakdowns omit singleton titles for the same reason.

Readiness tiers

Quadrant averages map to three readiness bands. Tier colors in this report are reserved for score meaning only.

  • Underdeveloped: 1.00–2.24 on the 1.00–4.00 scale
  • Emerging: 2.25–3.24 on the 1.00–4.00 scale
  • Established: 3.25–4.00 on the 1.00–4.00 scale

Database positioning

Database positioning, when shown, compares your team's aggregate scores to the overall diagnostic database median, separate from the readiness tiers above.
