Hung Nguyen

Most recently, Hung headed the Digital Center of Expertise at bp, where her vision was to recruit, develop, and deploy talent in a radical way to increase teams engagement and purpose. Prior to bp, she worked at McKinsey & Co. as a strategy consultant focused on organizational effectiveness. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her interests in behavioral science and decision-making extend beyond work and into her proudest “psych experiments” with her 3 feral daughters and sophisticated pup, Cowboy. Her globetrotting antics were also on display as a contestant on the fall 2020 season of CBS’s reality TV show, The Amazing Race!
